This is guaranteed by the high mountains that surround and protect the valley and which also foster its unique microclimate. Agriculture has always thrived here and, even today, we are blessed with high quality plants possessing unique characteristics. The pure spring water of the Majella National Park is also invaluable in its contribution to the creation of these excellent productio.
